well only for 45 minutes - hard work to burn off 200 calories!What I would like to know though is............is it the amount of calories we burn off that is important, or the actual exercise?
my main exercise was walking - on a steep gradient at 6km per hr - most of she stuff in the gym is beyond my abilities ( joint trouble)

and as long as the exercise improves the maetabolism than it should be good - and I won't be eating the burnt off calories.(I hope)
