And the scales read 244 this morning. Down 12 pounds already. Only 29 more to go. So far this has been easier than I thought. A friend at work is doing it with me so it makes it easier especially on business lunches. I'm hoping I can get to my goal of 215 or close to it before I take my family to Destin in October. Thanks for the support from everyone here.

Keep up the good work 
Make sure you plan to move on up the OWL ladder before too long to find your CCLL and see what foods (if any) affect your body adversely.
