!!!!!!!!!I started out at 184.5 and went down to 172.5 within 10 days. Today is day 16 and i'm STILL at 172.5
I saw a couple post about sugar free products. Ive been eating sugar free jello as a snack (no calories, no carbs) and also drink Diet coke, and crystal light throughout the day (on top of my water) Im not a big water person, so i usually use those crystal light packets in my water bottles.
Are there any problems with these things im doing? Could they maybe be the reason of stall? (note, i was on this diet before, and diet pop never seemed to affect me) Of course, things could be different now since that was 3 years ago.
I also had portabella mushrooms fried in some butter, salt and pepper. Afterwards, it just seemed like such a "fat" thing to do, but i read it was ok?
Also, is it possible im not getting enough calories??
typically i'll eat a salad or 2 throughout the day. Asparagus. String cheese. Salami. Steak. Any of those things.
ALL your help would be SOOOOOOO great. (my mini goal is to get to 150. My long term goal is 130) I heard its easier to reach a goal if u go for a smaller target first, and then once u hit that target, to set another goal
Also, i have no health problems. I'm 20 years old, and a mother of 2. Husband and i just seperated, so im sure the stress doesn't help.
