    Ok, I normally dont track my food on fitday. I used to but I felt like my menu didn't change much so was ok unless I changed something up. Well yesterday I entered my food just to see if my percents were good. My percents were 60/6/32. I thought that was pretty good.I drank nothing but water and tons I might add, My calories were only 658. I did vigours bike riding yesterday as well as the last 3 or 5 days. When i entered my exercising fitday says I burned more calories than I ate. The problem is that my weight is different every morning but the last 3 days my weight has been 2 to 3 lbs higher then my lowest which was Friday morning. My calorie burning activites are the best they have been this past week since I started induction 6 weeks ago. What you think???

    sounds like you could of thrown your body into starvation mode!

    you really need to be gettin something down ya that is calorie dense, red meats maybe? are you sticking to white meats?

      Actually I forgot to add my late snack of pork rinds and salsa so the new numbers are 60/5/35 and 860 calories. No I normally dont. Were big beef and pork people, I ate 5 mini meals yesterday.

        well you're doing things right with the meals, but you needs to be upping those calories somehow, beefs usually a good way!

        your calories are no way near enough still, I'm gonna guess your BMR as about 2000 - you need to check that out www.mybodycomp.com is a good place

        watch the pork rinds though theyre loaded with salt! i'd gained 3 pounds this morning but not worrying about it as i know its the pork rinds!

        Now ya just need to play with your calories! im gonna reckon you need an extra portion of meat cooked in butter or something! cos thats a huge amount you need to get up by!

          I'd agree with Emma that you need to try to eat more. Starvation mode will slow or halt your losses for sure and if you're exercising vigorously, you need to be careful you have enough "fuel".

              Its wierd, im eating alot! Almost all day it feels like. I rarly eat pork rinds I thought eating them w/ the salsa would help increase my calories.
