Ok, I normally dont track my food on fitday. I used to but I felt like my menu didn't change much so was ok unless I changed something up. Well yesterday I entered my food just to see if my percents were good. My percents were 60/6/32. I thought that was pretty good.I drank nothing but water and tons I might add, My calories were only 658. I did vigours bike riding yesterday as well as the last 3 or 5 days. When i entered my exercising fitday says I burned more calories than I ate. The problem is that my weight is different every morning but the last 3 days my weight has been 2 to 3 lbs higher then my lowest which was Friday morning. My calorie burning activites are the best they have been this past week since I started induction 6 weeks ago. What you think???
