  • vitamins?

    What vitamins do you take? Do you take all the vitamins recommended? I take a multi,calcium with D, and metamucil every morning. Am I missing something?

      take some omega 3 - flaxeed oil captules are the highest conscentrate and dont taste like fish organs.

      Also make sure there is no iron in your multi vitamin and think about taking some Biotin if you experience hair loss.

        In reading the book, I came across chapter 20 I think? That talks about metabolic resistance and he recommends taking 1500 mg a day of L Carnitine, 500 or so of Co Q10 and chromium. Has anyone tried this and what are your impressions?

            I take GNC Women's Ultra Mega Bone Density (it has full b-complex plus calcium and vit D and all the other multi-vitamins)
            Fish Oil
            Flaxseed Oil
            Evening Primrose Oil
            Biotin
            Chromium Picolinate
            L-Carnitine
            L-Glutamine
            L-Taurine
            Potassium/Magnesium/Zinc
            CoQ10

            I think that's it....I'm in maintenance though and really didn't start faithfully taking supplements until a few months ago. I do feel better, my skin looks great.

              I us Walgreens A-Zs, they are less than $15 and have worked well for me.

                    Are there any vitamins that can stall you? anything to look for? I seem to have been standing still since I started taking mine....
