What vitamins do you take? Do you take all the vitamins recommended? I take a multi,calcium with D, and metamucil every morning. Am I missing something?

I take GNC Women's Ultra Mega Bone Density (it has full b-complex plus calcium and vit D and all the other multi-vitamins)
Fish Oil
Flaxseed Oil
Evening Primrose Oil
Biotin
Chromium Picolinate
L-Carnitine
L-Glutamine
L-Taurine
Potassium/Magnesium/Zinc
CoQ10
I think that's it....I'm in maintenance though and really didn't start faithfully taking supplements until a few months ago. I do feel better, my skin looks great.~Joy

I actually found it quite cheap in the grocery store, not that much. Here is also a site that sells it for a very reasonable price:
