there are heaps of yummy icecreams you can make for yourself that are legal.
I just whip up some cream and add splenda and cocoa for chocolate or splenda and Pureed strawberries ( legal if you are at that rung) and then i freeze it ( i have a dinky lil handcranked icecream maker which makes two serves - if you dont have an icecream maker you need to stir it around a few times as it freezes to break it up ) sometimes i even put greek yoghurt and cream and berries in it and its divine.
You could also freeze the mix into icy pop containers with sticks.
Atkins make you very creative in the kitchen !
