I love to put tobasco sauce on everything, its zero net carbs since its chili sauce right?

Like with all processed foods you need to look at the actual ingredients to be sure, as they can list 'zero' per serving in USA, which might be as small as a teaspoon if the actual numbers are less than 0.5!!
So if you had say 1 tablespoon of it you might be eating 0.499999 x 3 = 1.4999997 net carbs!!
If the ingredients list sugar or corn syrup or fructose etc I would count each 'serving' as being half a net carb to be on the safe side.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
