I have been doing atkins for about 3 months now and have lost a significant amount of weight, 33 lbs now to be exact. I enjoy atkins and I honestly don't believe I could have succeeded this far on any other 'diet'. Anyway, its like now that I've lost this amount of weight I find myself wanting to cheat more. I haven't met my goal yet, I still want to lose another 27 lbs. I really need to be careful, because I feel if I keep on this path I could easily go back down to the dangerous path I was on eating junk food alot. Basically I want to know if I'm the only one or is this common? I want to get back on track and stay there, so tomorrow Im going full on induction again. Thats the only way to get me back on the wagon, and nix the cravings.
