Okay, some of you may recall my low-cal thread (my tendency to eat about 1000 calries a day due to a small apprtite, which, by the way, I've always been this way).
Anyway, I've thought of a solution other than Kekwick.
What if I consumed 2 tablespoons of olive oil daily? Will this work?
FYI, I'm still on Induction, have not moved on to OWL, mostly because I have not have the time to look it over and partly because I'm afraid to gain on it.
Any advice?
I'm feeling like I'm spinning my wheels. Help!
