Hi there everyone!
I am pretty new to all this.
I am currently on the 14 day Induction and feeling geat:1 week in.
I have not weighed myself yet, waiting until day 15!
My problem is;i have not been strictly counting the carbs althought i intend to start,and write everything down.
Because i missed conting carbs, does anyone think i should do the extended Induction and count carbs to make up for the first week, or is this stupid??
Any help on this or any advice about Extended Induction will be very much appreciated.

You'll do beautifully passing through all phases of this WOE. With 15 pounds to go I would definitely move to OWL so you can go through all the phases.
