I've been doing Atkins for about 1 1/2 months now. I've stayed on the induction phase for most of this time with a "stray" day here and thee. Maybe only 3 so far. I have NO ENERGY!
At the beginning of this diet (first 3 weeks) I use to work out everyday, I was up before the alarm went off and now I have hit rock bottom. I'm still loosing weight
and I'm averaging about 1.2 to 2 pounds per week but I don't know why my energy level has gone way down. Any thoughts?

Cross your fingers and hope that my energy level comes back and that 20 more pounds drop off.
