    Personaly, I dont't believe this. Our body is like a car. The same amount of gaz will make it work for the same number of miles, no matter if u put the gas in ur tank in the morning or in the evening. If u drive ur car for 20 miles will consume less gas than driving it for 200 miles. So, of course, if u eat late in the evening, in the morning, when u check ur weigh u will be a lil bit heavier because u didn't spend yet the energy from the food. But you are not fatter. You will be heavier for few hours more. That's all.
    I wanted to edit this post. For many years I didn't believe in this and I was treating it as an "urban legend".
    But lately I was stalling. And one day I ate at noon instead of evening (I am an once a day eater). Next morning I was 1lbs lighter. Wow! I tought it was madame Whooshy Fairy but when I repeated the experiment, it worked again! So, now I know that if I only change the hour of my meal, I will loose.
