Yay !!! I hit my first goal today... Actually i passed it up by 1/2 a pound
10 lbs down .. 40 to go !!!
I have been swimming laps a few nights a week. I think that helps .. i am going to start doing my elliptical again too ..
And i have been trying to cut down on the diet soda.. im not sure if that will effect my weight loss at all but i think i just drink way too much soda and i want to get out of the habbit.. plus when i dont drink soda i drink alot more water. What i have been doing is drinking all my water first .. THEN i can have soda..
