  • 1st GOAL

    Yay !!! I hit my first goal today... Actually i passed it up by 1/2 a pound

    10 lbs down .. 40 to go !!!


    I have been swimming laps a few nights a week. I think that helps .. i am going to start doing my elliptical again too ..

    And i have been trying to cut down on the diet soda.. im not sure if that will effect my weight loss at all but i think i just drink way too much soda and i want to get out of the habbit.. plus when i dont drink soda i drink alot more water. What i have been doing is drinking all my water first .. THEN i can have soda..

    HAPPY LOW CARBING EVERYONE !!

    Congrats on the -10 and surpassing your mini goal! That's awesome! Keep up with the exercise...I agree, it's a great help to burn the fat

      Congrats, that is very exciting !!
      That is great you are limiting your soda. The more water and less soda you drink the better for you, so good for you !!
      You are well on your way to goal !! Keep up the good work !!
