Is there a correct time to use the ketone strips ( Monrning? / Night? ) or just whenever..
Mine keep going from trace to small every other day.. but i weighed myself today and i have actually gained a 2 lbs since last sat when i weighed??? Its not that TOM for me so im kind of confused??
