      Welcome, do write ure stats in your profile it kinda makes things alot easier people wont keep asking you some of the same questions over and over, how much do you weigh what is goal weight etc

        Moving to Extended Induction

        Thanks for the welcome I decided to move onto extended Induction because I still need to lose more weight; I had to redo my ticker because scale was broken and I thought I had only lost 4lbs but I went and brought another one and I lost more than I thought :yikes

          Welcome to Extended Induction forum! Lounge around, enjoy the Induction diet as the pounds keep falling away. Just remember if you are going to start cheating, it is much better to start OWL than to start jumping rungs to find something you like. Other than that, enjoy the easiest part of the WOE in my opinion. Glad to have you here.

            Extended Induction

            Hi I was wondering since I am staying on induction is there any other foods I can add besides what's on the main induction list or is it still the same for extended?
