  • just 3 questions for newbie

    Hi i have introduced myself on the correct part of the forum but I have just a few questions if anyone can enlighten me please.

    1) i have a full plate of salad for dinner is this enough carbs?

    2) i know your not meant to have caffine but would caffine free diet coke be ok for induction.

    3) I have had sugar free jelly in moderation is this bad? I do exercise alot so hopefully any damage been done has been lowered

    I appreciate anyhelp i can get

    Welcome to ADBB ruffbird. In response to your questions I must ask if you have a copy of Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution~~2002 version? If not please get one & read it~~an invaluable tool to be successful in this way of eating.

    You are to eat 3 cups of veggies per day. Here is a link with the list of allowable veggies~~
