Was wondering about cream cheese. Get the impression from the you all describe it that in the States it's more creamy than the stuff we get here in Europe. Cream cheese in Italy means those triangular wrapped up wedges.
Is it the same in the USA? And, if not... what does it resemble...what would be the best substitute?
