I,m on extended induction and exercising at least 30 to 45 mins 4 to 5 days a week plus weight training every 2nd day how may carbs am i allowed 20 or more
plus i hit a plateau not losing weight any help is most welcome, i have lost 20 kilos, and need to lose 30 to 40 kilos.
