  • Getting ready for OWL

    Hi everyone! Well I am 1 lb. from reaching my first goal. My starting weight was 275 and today I am 251. It has been 6 weeks and I feel great. I decided to stay on induction until I reached 250; and since I will be hitting that mark soon I am going to move forward. I ordered the newer version of the Atkins Diet book. The one I have is old and doesn't talk about the rungs. I am loking forward to be able to add more variety to my diet, although I think I could stay on induction for months and not get too bored.

    Congratulations on losing 25. Good work. I think it is wise to move on and incorporate some more food items. OWL should give you the tools to make low carbing a life long pursuit.
