    i do feel very bad and nearly went off. I was in deep ketosis for 5day mon- fri but came saturday and sunday when i was off i stayed in doors but ate 3bananas, crab eye beans and orange juice. I really realy feel like im a loser. Please help me i need motivation to go back in ketosis.

    Just do it. You know you can.
    So do you miss bananas? Maybe trying banana extract would help you?

      What a great reply liv. I have never seen that thread and I am so glad I have now.

      Determination has saved me. I know it's not good but at this point I would rather go hungry than eat the wrong thing (Of course within reason. This is assuming one isn't stranded in their home for days on end). I say to myself daily "eat to live, don't live to eat". I try to treat my body more like a machine and only put in it what will work to my benefit and make it run it's best. You can do it.

            Good for you, getting back on the wagon. And remember, when you hit the right OWL rung you'll be able to have the odd banana!
