Eggnog Shake with 4 eggs, 2 teaspoons sweetener, a teaspoon cherry flavoring (with no sugars or sweeteners), and a little red food coloring just for looks. So Yummy!

*Edit: forgot the 30g of Heavy Cream...

Re: What's for breakfast this morning?

I had pumpkin (recipe I got from the forum).
I know it is more of a dessert thing but I just thought I could use it for breakfast. Yummy and a break from eggs.

One recipe was 1/2 c. pumpkin, 1 T butter, 1 T heavy cream, packet of splenda and pumpkin pie spice. The other one was 1/2 c. pumpkin, 3 oz cream cheese (I used a bit less because I didn't have anymore), cinnamon and a packet of splenda. I am going by memory so I think that is correct.

I plan on 3 packets of splenda/day as recommended by the book. I usually use 2 unless I make something like this.

Is that ok to do occasionally?

I had an omelet with spinach, tomatoes and cheddar - I can't believe how I don't miss drowning my eggs with ketchup anymore!
