Stagger your calories. That is zig-zag them. Eat about the same for a few days then up the calories and / or lower them. Keep your body guessing get a 2 quarters or a 50 cent pieces and flip them. 2 Heads-bump up your calories, two tails, lower the calories and heads + tails, keep your calories no less than 500-900 cal lower than your maintenance requirements.
The same goes for your cardio and strength training regimes. Hope this helps. Drink plenty of water and stay away from diet sodas, etc.
