    Just finished week 23 of extended induction.As of today I have lost 25% of my beginning weight.With just over 25 BMI I probably can only expect to lose another 5% of my current 193 lbs.I expect this to be slow and may be into september before I have maxed out.It has been 30 years since I have weighed this low.Unbelievable how much better my joints and feet feel with all that weight gone.I swim quite a bit daily but will soon begin light wt lifting.It appears that lean muscle mass has been spared.
