The Starbuck's around here use DaVinci syrups, and those are made with Splenda. I always get a regular coffee with SF Hazelnut or Vanilla syrup. Then I add a little cream. You shouldprolly go decaf, but I'm a bad boy and go for the real stuff! Have fun!

      That's what I meant.
this makes no sense. so is it safe to have decaf coffee and tea with splenda during induction? the first time around you said it wasnt, but then elizellen siad that it was.

No - Megs never said it wasn't allowed - what she did say was that the rules would be the same now (in extended induction) as they were in 14-day induction - so as decaff drinks with splenda are OK on 14-day induction they are going to be OK in extended induction as well as for the other 3 stages of Atkins.
But don't forget the limit of 3 servings a day of sweetener.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I used to go to Starbucks every day, twice a day - spending a whopping 10 bucks.

            Now . . . I don't go to Starbucks at all . . . and that 10 bucks goes into a jar - which equals 70 dollars a week.

I will use that savings to buy my new wardrobe when I reach goal . . . that is great motivation for me.

I do miss 'bucks, but not as much as I miss being thin. . .

If I go to a coffee house, I love getting a double decaf. espresso. Yum. I've never liked sugar in coffee so the syrups don't interest me. Sometimes I'll get a decaf cappucino made with cream. (Capuccino is just espresso with frothed milk or in my case cream on top) Yummm!
