without even thinking, I used Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce in my dinner. It added a wonderful pepper to my salad dressing. There was very little in any one serving. Is this ok?

Yummy! Yes, it's typically "chipotles stewed in a sauce with tomatoes, garlic, vinegar, salt, and spices", so you're good as long as you count the veggie carbs. Always good to check the specific labels too.Start date: June 26, 2009
