  • Starting Week 3, lost 4lbs. WHAT NEW FOODS CAN I HAVE?

    I'm starting week 3 and in the first two weeks of induction I've only lost 4lbs. WHich actually I've lost only the 4lbs in the first week really. Because the second week I didn't lose anything. Is something wrong? I've had checked my menu's and I'm doing everything right.

    Ok well start of week 3 is there new foods I can have now?

    Post your menus and let others review them who have been around Atkins longer than you have. If you were eating bars and jello up until a week ago, you may have some problems with your menu. And for the record, four pounds is nothing to sneeze at! Congratulations.

      If you chose to extend your Induction phase, you can't add new foods or amounts. It's actually just the Induction phase for more than two weeks. Once you post your menu, we can maybe give you more advice.

      Goal #1 - 260 - Met 04/12/09! Goal #4 - 230 - Met 08/03/09!
      Goal #2 - 250 - Met 05/22/09! Goal #5 - 220 - Met 01/29/10 FINALLY!
      Goal #3 - 240 - Met 06/20/09! Goal #6 - 210
