    Just finished week 4 of induction. Lost 3 lbs last week and met my first goal!
    29/m 6'1

    Started 10/5/09 373 lbs.
    Current weight: 349
    1st mini-goal: 350 (Met)
    2nd mini-goal: 325

        My second goal is another 25 lbs. I'm staying on induction for now.

              F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
