I have checked the low carb recipe site http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/chicken_recipes.html and all the ones I looked have suggested using chicken breast. But chicken thigh fillet has more fat than breast fillet and Dr. Atkins suggested to eat chicken with skin on and so on.
Can someone shed some light on this question? Is chicken breast or chicken thigh good for Dr. Atkins diet?
