    back in the game!!!

    Hello everyone!

I'm just so excited! I was stuck at a plateau for 3 weeks (22 pounds down) and I was getting really frustrated! I drink all my water and eat accordingly...but I was eating a lot of salami and pepperoni sticks. I gave them up for awhile..and voila 2 pounds gone! I've also been doing the stationary bike 30 min a day for the past week. Not sure if it's the bike or cutting out the processed meats!
I feel like I'm back in the game!
    Love Danielle :yes

        Great job, Danielle!

Yep, eliminating those HIGH SODIUM processed meats will certainly help shed the pounds! And super job with the exercise!!

        Keep it up!
