Hey everyone! I am a third timer on atkins and have always gotten success with the diet. I am currently at my highest weight EVER after 2 kids and it NEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS to go. Im done breastfeeding so its time!!! I want to do extended induction until I reach 199!
i am currently sitting at 140. I just wanted to know what worked best for u? What kind of foods were u eating on the weeks were u lost most? or excersice that worked best for u? Id love to get to 199 ASAP! lol
