Re: Reddi Wip
It has sugar and corn syrup in it I think.
Always read the ingredients of products
It is easy to make real cream.

Re: Reddi Wip
Reddi Whip is not allowed on SBD either. Both diet plans do not allow sugar or corn syrup.Originally posted by Mfit4me View PostMaybe I'm mixing Atkins up with SB. I thought that if it has 3 or less grams of sugar we could have it. I do have some whipping cream thought

Re: Reddi Wip
For me, it depends on what I am using it with. I'm not sure what the OP wants to use whipped cream with on Ex. Induction, but in OWL with very tart berries I like this recipe for a batch:Originally posted by atkinsgal08 View PostWhy do you feel you need to put Splenda in it?
Whipping cream doesn't need to be sweetened.
1 c. heavy/whipping cream
2 TBS Splenda, xylitol or erythritol
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Re: Reddi Wip
When I whip cream, I never use splenda, just a touch of vanilla and that's enough for me, and my kids who eat it all on me and then I need to make more. LOLJim

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?

Re: Reddi Wip
Mfit4me, are you reading the book? Take another look at the Rules of Induction and the Acceptable Foods List (Chapter 11).
I don't add sweetener in cream either."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
