Hey all,
I fell off the wagon this WEEKEND!!!! I've feel terrible since and feel like i've put on about a stone! I cant believe how good I have been for 5 weeks and then go and ruin it all!
My first sin was drinking Saturday night, toooo much JD! Then the hangover cravings kicked in on sunday morning and i couldn't resists! I'm too ashamed to actually tell you all what I ate, but it was A LOT!!!
Before this terrible mistake I had lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks! I was so proud! Toooo scared to weigh myself this week! BUT back on it today! FULL BLOWN INDUCTION AGAIN!
I had for breakfast:
1 low carb sausage (0.5g), 3 scrambles eggs, fried mushrooms.
Lunch: Chicken salad (cos lettuce, red pepper, onion & cucumber)
Dinner: Rump steak, with melted cheese, turkey rashers, garlic mushrooms.
One quick question about sausages....
I read on on e of these forum about a brand of sausgae you can buy from Sainsburys, so I brought them and they were disgusting, way too strong with flavourings for my likings, so I went back to the sausages I was having before. It says on the pack Carb 1.6g Fibre 1.6g - but in the ingrediants it says they contain rusk so i'm a bit confused!?
ALSO... how do i start my own thread on here?!?!
