    I was beginning to get a little worried cuz I was stuck for about 2 wks but I weighed myself today and lost 4 pounds. I'm happy just not too hungry have a leg cramp at night and tired this week. But I figured I'm tired cuz I'm due for my menstrual soon maybe that's why I feel bloated but my clothes say otherwise. I'm excitted I should meet my goal in no time.

    Don't forget to consider moving up the OWL ladder. It is crucial to learn how to deal with carbs while still losing or else you may not be able to hold on to your losses.

    Are you taking supplements? Drinking enough? Maybe watch to see that your potassium and magnesium intake is good. FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal is a great way to log food and keep an eye on whether you are getting your nutrients.

        Congrats on your sticking to it and working your atkins to shed body fat. how many inches have you lost along with those pounds?
