I was beginning to get a little worried cuz I was stuck for about 2 wks but I weighed myself today and lost 4 pounds. I'm happy just not too hungry have a leg cramp at night and tired this week. But I figured I'm tired cuz I'm due for my menstrual soon maybe that's why I feel bloated but my clothes say otherwise. I'm excitted I should meet my goal in no time.

Don't forget to consider moving up the OWL ladder. It is crucial to learn how to deal with carbs while still losing or else you may not be able to hold on to your losses.
