just be sure for any inductees reading to follow the size limitation in chapter 11 of your DANDR 1/2 of a small avacado is the limit. small avacado refers to the smaller black Haas variety not the large green FLA type.

Since you can only have 1/2 per day, is someone else going to eat the other half?
If not, to save it for the next day without it turning really brown once you slice it open, Squeeze a little fresh lime over the surface. And keep the pit inside the container with the 2nd half until you eat it. Do not know if it is true, but I was told it helps prevent the avocado from browning as well.
I usually split the avocado with my hubby, but wonder, once on OWL, which rung would avocado come under, to allow for eating the whole one in the day?

why is it rung 1 if rung 1 is just more of the yummy induction legal veggies? avocado is a special catagory food and is a fruit not a veggie? or are you using his example of what to add from the how to do it part?

I just thought I was only allowed 1/2 (small one) per day. Would love to eat more
