I've wanted to post this for a couple weeks, but actually I was embarrased too. I thought I would "change my ways tomorrow" and like my eating it got totally out of control. I won't lie, but I'm sad to say I'm drinking about 6 oz. of heavy cream a day
and probably 1 to 1 1/2 liter of diet mt. dew. It started with a little cream and pop, and as much as I've been addicted to pop (I use to drink about 3 -4 liters a day!) I should've known better.
My typical menu is:
(of course the diet pop throughout the day)
Breakfast: 2 egg omelot, with 1oz. cheese and sometimes alittle green peppers, onions or mushrooms, though I don't know exactly how much of these veggies I put in the omelot.
Lunch: 2 cups iceberg lettuce
1 oz. cheese
about 6 green olives
1/4 of a large cucumber
2 tbsp. of either oil & vinager or ken's blue cheese dressing
Snack: 3/4 cup of cucumber with a little vinager, or 2 oz of swiss cheese.
Dinner: I either have chicken, hamburger or fish 8 oz. on the George Foreman. Of course topped with 1 oz. cheese. Honestly, no veggies.
Snack: Pork rinds
Late night snack about 10 p.m. 4 - 6 oz. heavy cream with 12 oz. of diet root beer.
Boy, when I see it in black and white, I REALLY go downhill at night.
Tommorow, beside the heavy cream and pop, should I also give up the cheesse?
