    i have been trying to cut out plastic bottles.
    by lgith dressing i mean not alot. just enough to add the flavor.
    net carbs stay between 20g-25g / day.
    low carb veggies - those are my fave and the ones that i dont get sick of.
    cheese - the ones with 0g, like cheestrings and babybells that all list no carbs, i was eating alot during original induction, but cut down to a few pieces a day.

      All cheese has carbs.

      It's only the label that says 0 ... doesn't mean it's true.

      Have you thought about moving to OWL? Staying on Induction too long is generally counterproductive.

        Hang in there keep drinking your water, doing your exercise, and see what happens when TOM is gone to your scale weight.

        are you checking inches of body fat shed too?

            I would suggest plugging your foods into fitday.com It really is a great tool and lets you see what you have eaten and how much of everything, calories, carbs etc. Without knowing quantities, you may not even be getting enough food in for your body, but you may! Light dressing does have sugar and carbs more so then regular dressings. Plug in the numbers and let us know.

            You are doing great! Don't forget after that much lost in a short amount of time that your body does have to catch up. It is not uncommon to see that 3-5lb gain right before TOM..... stick with it!!

              It sounds like you are already doing rung 1 if your veggie carbs are bringing you to 25 net carbs a day. Induction is 20 or below, then you add 5 net carbs from veggies for level 1.
