i have been trying to cut out plastic bottles.
by lgith dressing i mean not alot. just enough to add the flavor.
net carbs stay between 20g-25g / day.
low carb veggies - those are my fave and the ones that i dont get sick of.
cheese - the ones with 0g, like cheestrings and babybells that all list no carbs, i was eating alot during original induction, but cut down to a few pieces a day.
