I decided to start the atkins 7 weeks ago as it is the only diet if find i can stick to
I wasn't majorly overweight but wanted to lose around 28-34lbs
in the first 2-3 weeks i dropped from 16st10 to 15st 8 which was great. i stayed on induction as i wanted to get closer to my goal. however its now 4 and a half weeks and im still showing between 15,8 and 15, 9! i dont know what to do
a typical day for me is
Breakfast - 5 slices bacon
snack - some cheese slices 0 carbs
lunch - a salad of lettuce, cucumber, hame, chicken mayo, eggs and cheese
snack- few handful's of peanuts
dinner - grilled chicken breast with home made low carb sauce
i go to the gym to do weights every day for 20 mins to stave off any muscle loss and accept this will slow weight loss down but thats fine
i play 5 a side football once a week
i enjoy a walk at least twice a week with my daughter
not sure where to go next
i was thinking of a carb day reset but i dont know if it will help
