So - my routine in the morning is such that I don't have long before I leave the house, and before going on atkins would have a bowl of cereal at the office.
Because of this I am now really struggling to get breakfast in the mornings and I would say that in the past week I haven't eat breakfast in the weekdays.
Do you guys have any breakfast tips for something I could easily eat at the office which is going to be good for my extended induction? I would really appreciate some ideas!
