What an inspiration. It has taken me twice as long as you to lose 68 so it does go to show that bodies react differently (wanna trade lol) That is so totally amazing. Keep going. I do tae bo too. Have you seen the bootcamp videos? I have done 4 workouts with it(you do them everyother day) and I lost 1 1/2 inces in my waist alone after 3 workouts! Also 1/2 inch in each thigh and 1/4 inch in each arm. I keep telling people that if you want to lose weight and not take years of torturing yourself on low fat diets try Atkins. Now I'll have to tell them about you. YOU GO GIRL!!!

I think everyone will agree that everyday you exercise and everyday you eat your atkins menu brings you one more day closer to your goal. If you slack off or eat "bad things" it can put you back 3 days so if you cheat 10 times just think you could have reached your goal a month earlier! That keeps me going everyday. I hope my blabbering makes sense. You can do it just be patient and it will come. I promise
