Okay so yesterday I totally cheated for lack of a better term. I had so much crap because I was craving it. Why? I don't know, I just was craving candy. TOM? Maybe, I don't know. But I did it and now I'm back on the Atkins horse and I feel fine.
I'm just a bit disappointed that I lost weight the first 3 weeks and then I just kind of stalled. :sadblinky
