I know cheese is limited and I do try to keep my intake within the limit but I'm confused... Many cheeses have some carbs but if you're sticking with the ones that say 0 carbs on the label why would they cause a stall? And someone mentioned eggs which also have 0 carbs. This is a metabolism thing rather than a carb intake thing??

I stalled for 6 weeks and the week I stopped eating cheese, the stall broke! I had no idea - it was a fluke that I decided to take a break from cheese.

I have also showed up positive on the Spit test, which is confirmation that cheese can cause yeast infections in some of us and therfore will cause us to stall.

I've been stalled for about 4 days
4 days is not enough fora stall....I'm almost willing to say that one week isn't enough.

Yeah alot of that stuff retains water and makes your weight fluctuate...but not a stall!

The scale is evil remember....try to stay off of it for good amounts of time! its alot easier on your mind and heart!

Officially a stall is 4 WEEKS of no weightloss OR inches loss.

I used to think cheese stalled me, but then slowly added a small amount back. For those of you who had stalls from cheese, do you include cream cheese in that?
                thx

Cheddar chesse for me. I think it may have something to do with the fact cheese can make you constipated. I still eat it but only 1 or 2 times a week.
