one of my big problems with this diet was giving up my beer drinking, but i did it and i feel a whole lot better and have more energy than when i drank a 12 pack every night.

Sugar Alcohols F me up. (well in that quantity, 10x10=100) So no Mikes for me. :-( I got knocked out of ketosis for 2 days because of a couple choclates and some no sugar sour.... thingies. I think that was gycerol though ???? Or glycerin. One of those. No bueno.

Interesting thread. One thing that I was wondering is about what people meant when they say that they have reactions to sugar alcohols. What are the sx of a sugar alcohol reaction? Sometimes my stomach bothers me when I ear the Klondike carb smart ice cream bars (but I still won't give them up)
