Oh boy! Dr A would really turn in his grave!!!) Seems I’m not so good with fixed numbers. I mean… for the last six weeks I’ve been eating between 35 to 48 carbs per day and my weight has been yes, fluctuating a little, but never moving permanently up or down… so this seems to be the way I can eat at my present level of exercise.
It feels wonderful to be here with you all, and I’m looking forward to the challenge of a lifetime of healthy eating and weight maintenance.
