  • pre-maintenance question

    I'm in the OTHER VEGS> RUNG. After I lose two more pounds I plan to move into pre-maintenance.
    in the book Atkins for Life... the foods are in three categories, Daily, moderately, rarely (I think).
    What exactly is rarely - once a week?
    what exactly is moderate - few times a week?
    150/130/120

    IMO, just use your own judgement when determining frequency. If your weight loss stalls or you gain weight while eating a certain food then its frequency could turn out to be 'months'.
