When I was on higher rungs I tried PB & that was not good for me. I went straight back to induction to kick the cravings and it worked. And I felt gross too! I am glad to see you are feeling better and back into the swing of things.

Good luck -- I just got back on track after wandering around for a couple months doing whatever and eating just about everything.....the advise about going back on induction until you get back into keotsis is great advise!

Re: Did well at first, but having trouble sticking to plan now

I also had problems with PB and I had the just peanuts and salt kind. What's up with PB? I remember I could eat gobs of it out of the jar. When I started Atkins I was curious about how peanuts can cause problems (don't have my DANDR in hand so I don't know the page#s) so I switched to almond butter. It served the purpose of a tasty nut butter but I never was tempted to eat it like crazy like I was with PB. Not that it wasn't tasty; I guess it just didn't have that peanut "crack" in it. Maybe that might be worth a try when you want to re-introduce nut butters?
