Hey All,
Is it unheard of to want to go back to Induction for awhile after you've been in Ongoing Weight Loss for a month? I feel like I'm losing control. I've been stuck at the same weight for about 4 weeks now, even though I've lost inches. I know that muscle weighs more than fat and that's part of it because I just got back from a 500+ mile bike tour. But I thought I would lose weight!
So I'm considering going back to Induction for a couple of weeks and then begin OWL after that. I just feel myself slipping both physically and mentally. I'm starting to think about food more and have had more incidences of eating non-Atkins approved foods. Granted I biked them off but I don't ever want to go down that dark hole again.
Any advice from those who have been where I am would be appreciated.
